The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals, with all essential utensils and appliances. Fresh linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs & sand toys, hair dryer, Keurig & regular coffee provided for the guests. Laundry room with full-size coin-operated washer/dryers is located on the same floor.
Step outside and enjoy true resort-style living with a large heated year-round pool, two hot tubs, and a dedicated kids’ pool, BBQ pits and lounging chairs. The property has elevators, stairs, and direct beach access, making it effortless to move from poolside relaxation to sandy shores in moments.
No need to pack extra for the beach. There is a storage closet you will have access to with beach chairs and sand toys for you to use.
Please note that the HOA requires all guests to be counted towards occupancy, regardless of age, and guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. The host fee in the quote includes the cleaning fee and HOA nightly surcharge (parking). Each booking guarantees one parking spot and a second parking spot is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. HOA rules - NO pets, NO smoking and NO vaping & no parties.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
